Day Dreaming Again by Ryan Louder

Original abstract figurative oil painting on canvas by London artist Ryan Louder, painted in 2017 — a dreamlike study in saturated pink and deep magenta where an owl-like form hovers at the threshold of perception. Subtle facial contours and quiet gaze emerge organically from rich chromatic vibration, dissolving the boundary between figure and atmosphere.

Original oil painting on canvas. Available as the original one-of-a-kind artwork (£500) or as a museum-grade archival A3 fine art print (£110).

This piece originates from direct perceptual experience shaped by narcolepsy with REM intrusion, where vivid imagery surfaces between waking and dreaming states. Painted with pure intuitive layering, the surface creates an enigmatic presence that subtly shifts as the viewer's eye travels across the canvas.

Original artwork is carefully packaged with protective archival wrapping and dispatched fully insured directly from my London studio. One of one — once sold, the original will not be repeated.
