Dog By A Puddle is an original oil painting on canvas, 60 x 45 cm, painted in 2024 by London artist Ryan Louder — a bright, impressionistic dog painting with real charm, the everyday joy of a best friend that has found water.
Loose, playful brushwork gives the scene movement, the way a dog's whole body wags. Painted with no sketch or plan, the image arriving as the paint goes on — Ryan's narcolepsy with REM intrusion, clinically confirmed at Guy's Hospital in London, keeps his work pinned to that first-flash way of seeing.
A generous, wall-friendly size for dog lovers, and the bright palette suits both modern and traditional interiors. One of one, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, carefully packaged and dispatched fully insured with a tracked courier.
