Original figurative oil painting on canvas board by London artist Ryan Louder, painted in 2024 — an expressive, deeply psychological study of human presence, posture, and self-worth. Built with gestural brushstrokes and rich tonal contrasts, the composition balances raw impasto texture with an introspective mood that commands immediate attention in any room.
Original oil painting on canvas board, 50 x 50 cm (approximately 20 x 20 inches). Available as the original one-of-a-kind artwork (£800) or as a museum-grade archival A3 fine art print (£110).
I paint straight onto the surface without preliminary sketching or tracing. Living with clinically diagnosed narcolepsy and REM intrusion, dream imagery frequently crosses into my waking state, shaping spontaneous figurative works that explore vulnerability, quiet strength, and psychological depth.
Original artwork is carefully packed and dispatched fully insured directly from my London studio. One of one — once sold, the original will not be repeated.
